Lucky me!

I have been MIA for quite a while now but BeautyMNL contacted me and ask if I would like to give it a try to shop on their online store and share with you my shopping experience.

THE SITE

BeautyMNL is an online beauty source in the Philippines that caters over 300+ brands of high-end, drugstore, local, Western and Korean makeup and skincare product plus accessories and tools. They have different section for your specific needs and wants. Really perfect for makeup and skincare lovers who love and enjoy shopping on the comfort of their home.

EXPERIENCE

This is the first time I tried ordering in BeautyMNL, but always curious on how was the service and their product pricing.

I created my account as it is one of the requirements in proceeding with the checkout for the order. The site was very easy to navigate and also user friendly. The only thing that you will be having trouble is picking which item are you going to put in your cart. Since they have a wide variety of products to choose from. Plus! they offer free shipping when you purchase the required minimum amount. Also the list of sale and promo items are endless.

After deciding which item to buy, I then proceed to the checkout page and enter the details required to process your order. Make sure to process your order once you completed the required transaction. Most of the items are easily sold out, specially on the sale items.

What's good with BeautyMNL is that they have different mode of payment such as debit/credit card, Paypal, bank deposit and COD! How cool is that! If you are not comfortable with paying online using your card, you could use their bank deposit and COD, but take note that you need to provide authorization if you would ask someone to received it.

After completely and successfully placing your order, you just have to wait for 24hrs before it will be delivered to your address. Mine arrived for less that 24hrs!

BEAUTY BY YOU

Aside from online shopping, they are giving out opportunity to share your experience with the product you purchase in their Beauty by You section. In exchange of your review and feedback they will give you credits that can be used to purchase new product.

BLOOM

Plus you can browse their in-house magazine Bloom. It is filled with the freshest news daily from beauty and makeup up to the cheapest beauty finds. You can also check on other tips and tricks that could help you achieve the young and beautiful you.

THE HAUL

My mini haul was separated by two order due to minor site glitch, sad thing about that is that I payed 2x the shipping fee which supposed to be free. The good side is that I received twice the freebies. Still not bad.

I'm planning to create a makeup look, that's why I opt to order this Pro 24 All in One Palette in Mod Style that is almost complete from eyeshadow up to the blush and contour.

Fit Me Matte Poreless Liquid Foundation, P399.00

Detail Silicon Sponge P99.00

I thought the look won't be complete without a foundation so I got myself the new Maybelline Fit Me! Matte Poreless Liquid Foundation which is also on sale. And the Detail Silicon sponge that is highly recommended as per the customer reviews.

So there you have it!

This is the biggest beauty event by Cosmopolitan PH for Cosmo Girls and makeup junkies. And it's my first time to attend a beauty event with my friend Gladys.

She's the one who informed me about the Cosmo Beauty Block and entice me to subscribe to Cosmo Magazine so we could get the VIP pass.

VIP pass can enter the event as early as 10am and guess what, both of us was early enough to get some of our loots without too much hassle!

Upon approaching the registration area, pre-reg and VIP was handed out with their Cosmo Beauty Block Passport and a Cosmo Bag full of goodies inside. Others can also register as a walk-in participant.

VIP loot includes a MAC booklet in which will entitled me with a free makeup workshop with them worth 3k.

Place was nicely setup with white comfy couch and pink pillow.

Upon entering, event partner PantenePH Booth is placed in the middle of the Fashion Hall. They gave away 1000pcs of Sunnies Shade to those who post on Pantene photo booth showing off their beautiful Pantene long and luscious hair. They also have a hair color makeover using colored hair chalk.

Our first stop is the BYS Booth. We just drop by at their booth and show them our Cosmo Passport. I got a BYS lip colour palette. Other choices was smokey eye shadow palette. They also offer makeover later that afternoon.

Next stop is the Revlon Booth. They gave away Revlon Lip balm for those who will post a photo from their photo booth and upload it on IG / Twitter / FB with their hashtag #RevlonPh #ChooseLove #CosmoBeautyBlock

That's my friend Meg right there. She was one of my invite. Every VIP entry was entitled with 4 friends to bring at the event. Sad to say she's the only one who can make it.

We played a game on the Brow Lounge Booth. We matched the brow with the famous celebrity. It was quite easy because of the size of the brows vary on the size of the picture. After liking their page, you will get a voucher that will entitled you for a free brow shaping in any of their branches.

They also have an Instagram photo contest. Three winners won a Brow makeover from them.

For the Beauty&Butter Booth, first 25 person who liked their FB page and follow their Twitter and IG will have a free manicure or pedicure and a P150 voucher. Others will get the P150 voucher and a neon cosmetic bag.

Last booth I drop by is the Tokyo Posh, at first I was not interested in their booth but the heck, there's no harm in trying.

So I tried the longest hair extension they have. And I love it! It is indeed change my look in an instant! They have the most natural looking hair though it's quite heavy but it looks gorgeous!

Their price range are from P3500 - P5500 for removable hair extension and P20k - P30k for semi-permanent hair that will last you for 6months, reattachment was P2500 for another 6months.

I did not try the Ever Bilena Makeover Booth, the line was too long and I already won goodies from them, but Gladys preregister for the makeover.

Exhausting day it is, but the loots I took home with me is all worth it! The inner makeup junkie in me is so ecstatic.. The experience is SUPERB! Hopefully more events from COSMO soon!
