RECIPE: Tuna and Mushroom Fusili Pasta

I love cooking pasta. I usually combine ingredient I see in our pantry that I think goes well together. This recipe is easy to cook, delicious and fast! Good for baon and miryenda.


*Disclaimer: I used packed/in can ingredient.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack 250g Chunky Tomato Sauce with Three Cheese
1 can Tuna Flakes in oil
1 can of shitake mushroom, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 garlic clove, minced
3 medium local tomato, peel and dice
Salt / pepper to taste
Dried oregano leaves

250g Fusilli Pasta, cooked according to packet instruction

1. Heat the oil from tuna in a pan, sauté garlic until golden brown, throw in the onion cook until translucent. Combine in the mushroom and tomato cook for 1min.
2. Stir in the tuna flakes and tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper and dried oregano to taste. Add a little water, lower the heat and simmer for 5mins.
3. Combine the pasta in the sauce stir more for 1min. Turn off the heat and serve. Add some grated cheese and enjoy!
